Hunter Nature Caravans are made for the outdoors and going just that little bit further. We know, we’ve tried it! Each caravan can be customized to your needs: click on your caravan of interest to learn more.

Commonly manufactured European parts are used in the builds. The caravan maintains durability with items such as a galvanized steel chassis, aluminum body with electrostatic paint to protect against corrosion, independent suspension system, German ALKO stabilizing system and meets European safety standards.

Even though compact, a convertible seating area and lots of storage inside and outside lend to a comfortable trip, even off grid. These caravans are insulated and tested to -30C, so cozy up with a cuppa and enjoy year round use.

On the extremely rare occasion a Hunter Nature Caravan is available second hand, we will direct you to the owner for a private sale.

Pilgrim Caravans Outdoors is located in West Berkshire, about a 30min train ride west from London.

The average wait time for manufacturing and delivery is 3-6 months, dependent upon model.

1. There is a 2 year manufacturer limited liability warranty for repair of material defects, provided the caravan has maintained proper use of components and annual servicing by a licensed caravan mechanic.

2. Any unauthorized alterations to any component of the caravan, along with neglect of proper maintenance, invalidates any warranty offered.

3. All warranty claims are to be assessed via a licensed caravan mechanic to determine if damage was a result of user error, wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, or abnormal working conditions- no liability will be accepted for any of the afore-mentioned.

4. Repairs will carry out at agreed convenience and discretion.

5. Original VAT invoices must be retained as proof that the annual services have been carried out in accordance with our warranty terms.

Please review all included manuals to understand the determined maximum and minimum manufacturer limits of all components along with stated proper use and determined maintenance schedules.

The cost of transporting, towing or moving the caravan by any means to or from the place of repair is the responsibility of the owner.

Pilgrim Caravans Outdoors does not offer any warranty.

Organization is key. Have a set up and tear down routine. Included in purchase paperwork is a helpful checklist for securing the caravan before departure.

We have had many excellent trips in our Hunter Nature Caravan.

We’ve driven through Europe into Asia and camped several weeks in Turkey from the mountains to the coast. We’ve camped during the middle of winter on a remote corner of the Isle of Skye and the Highlands of Scotland.

In the first 6 months of ownership of our Hunter Nature Caravan, we spent over 60 nights adventuring in it. The views, adventure and remoteness we have gained with this caravan is something that cannot be bought!

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they will mean: (a) Goods: the goods that We are selling to you as set out in the Order; (b) Order: your order for the Goods; (c) Terms: the terms and conditions set out in this document; and (d) We/Our/Us: Pilgrim Caravans Outdoors, Ltd. (our particulars are given in clause 8).

(e) Manufacturer: Hunter Nature Caravans 1.2 When We use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this will include e-mail unless We say otherwise.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

2.1 These are the terms and conditions on which We supply Goods to you. 2.2 Please ensure that you read these Terms carefully, and check that the details on the Order and in these Terms are complete and accurate, before you sign the Order. These Terms will become binding on you and Us when Your Order is completed and confirmed receipt by one of Our sales representatives, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Us. 2.3 If any of these Terms conflict with any term of the Order, the Order will take priority. 2.4 We shall assign an order number to the Order and inform you of it when We confirm the Order with the Manufacturer. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with Us relating to the Order.

2.5 The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute an additional Goods (example: tires, awning, boiler) for an equivalent value Goods in the case of product issues or sourcing issues. The Purchaser will be notified. 2.6 Our website, social media accounts and any other products produced by Us are solely for the promotion of Our Goods in the UK. 2.7 The images of the Goods on Our website, social media accounts and any other products produced by Us are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours or the printed pictures accurately reflect the colour of the Goods. Your Goods may vary slightly from those images.

3. DELIVERY OF GOODS

3.1 All Orders are accepted by Us on the basis that the Goods are collected by you from a designated premises (notified to you prior to collection).The Goods are therefore delivered when you collect them. 3.2 We will contact you with an estimated collection date and time. We may arrange with you for the Goods to be collected at a different address or on a different date or time in which case we shall inform you of the relevant collection times and other collection arrangements. 3.3 Delivery of an Order shall be completed when you collect them from Us. 3.4 The Goods and use of will be your responsibility from the time you collect them from Us. 3.5 You will own the Goods when We have received payment in full.

4. IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY

5.1 The Manufacturer guarantees that on delivery and for a period of 24 months from delivery, the goods shall be free from flaws or defects in materials or workmanship. The Manufacturer will bear the cost of parts (transportation excluded) on goods repaired under this limited liability warranty, however, this does not apply in the circumstances described in clause 5.2. You must bring the Goods to a Manufacturer authorised repairer for maintenance and inspection to maintain the 24 month limited liability warranty.

5.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from:

(a) fair wear and tear;

(b) wilful or accidental damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, storm damage, negligence by you or by any third party.

(c) if you fail to operate, use or maintain the goods in accordance with the full instructions in the included manuals.

(d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of the Manufacturer authorised repairers; and (e) any specification provided by you. 5.3 This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in relation to the Goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

5.4 We, Pilgrim Caravans Outdoors, LTD, do not offer a warranty of any kind.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

6.1 The price of the Goods will be set out in the Order and includes VAT at the rate in force at the date of the Order.

6.2 50% payment of the price of the Goods, as set out in the Order, will be expected before the order is placed with the Manufacturer, by credit or debit card (or other mode of payment acceptable to us). We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards,except AmericanExpress.

6.3 You must complete the full payment for the Goods, as set out in the Order, before you collect them.

7. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

7.1 If We fail to comply with these Terms, We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breach of the Terms or Our negligence, but We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Us at the time we entered into this contract. 7.2 We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. 7.3 We do not exclude or limit in any way Our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession); (d) breach of the terms implied by sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and (e) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

8. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

8.1 We are a company registered in Scotland. Our registered VAT number is 435 921 685. 8.2 If you have any questions or if you have any complaints, please contact Us. You can contact Us by e-mailing Us at info@pilgrimcaravans.co.uk. 8.3 If you wish to contact Us in writing, or if any clause in these Terms requires you to give Us notice in writing, you can send this to Us by e-mail, or by pre-paid post to us at our registered office address. We will confirm receipt of this by contacting you in writing. If We have to contact you or give you notice in writing, We will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to Us in the Order.

9. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1 We will use the personal information you provide to Us to: (a) provide the Goods; (b) process your payment for such Goods; and (c) inform you about similar products or services that We provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting Us. 9.2 You agree that We may pass your personal information to credit reference agencies and that they may keep a record of any search that they do. 9.3 We will not give your personal data to any other third party.

10. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

10.1 You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if We agree in writing.

10.2 This contract is between you and Us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

10.3 Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

10.4 These Terms are governed by English law. You and We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
